J. Chriss Cancro, M.D.
Dr. Cancro attended Hahnemann Medical College of Philadelphia and completed his internship and Orthopaedic Residency in Vermont. He then completed a sports medicine fellowship in Eugene, Oregon. Dr. Cancro has special interest in sports related injuries.
Wilbur Sandbulte, M.D.
Dr. Sandbulte completed his Medical Internship and Orthopaedic Residency at the University of Indiana and Highland General hospital followed by a fellowship in hand surgery at the Indiana Hand Center. Dr. Sandbulte has been certified as having added qualifications in surgery of the hand by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Robert Carlson, M.D.
Dr. Carlson received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Medicine, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He went on to complete a five-year Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Northwestern University Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Illinois and an additional year of fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Milan Moore, MD, MPH
Dr. Moore received his medical Doctorate and Masters in Public Health from Harvard. He then completed a General Surgery Internship followed by a 5 year Orthopaedic Residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. Dr. Moore concluded his military career as Chief of Orthopaedics at Darnall Hospital in Fort Hood, Texas before completing a Joint Replacement fellowship in Alexandria, Virginia.
Roger Blauvelt, M.D.
Dr Blauvelt received his medical degree at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN before completing his orthopaedic training at Texas Tech University, Lubbock and fellowship training in hand surgery at University of California Medical Center, Davis in Sacramento. Dr. Blauvelt is certified as having added qualifications in surgery of the hand by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Brereton Strafford, M.D.
Dr. Strafford graduated cum laude from Princeton University and received his Medical Doctorate with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine. He remained at the University of Pennsylvania for orthopedic training before completing a sports medicine fellowship at one of the premier training programs in the country, the Southern California Orthopedic Institute. Dr. Strafford has a special interest in shoulder and knee procedures.
Richard Martin, M.D.
Dr. Martin received his degree from New York Medical College and did internships at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Yale New-Haven Medical. He then completed his Orthopedic Residency and Sports Medicine fellowship at Yale. Dr. Martin served as Director of Sports Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu and at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans. Dr. Martin specializes in shoulder and knee procedures.
Alan Chen, M.D.
Dr. Chen is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). He received his masters in physiology at Chicago Medical School before completing his medical doctorate and residency in PM&R at New York Medical College, St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Manhattan and fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at UCLA. Dr. Chen is also an accredited Medical Acupuncturist.
Terry Smith, M.D.
Dr. Smith completed his medical training at the University of Utah with honors followed by his orthopedic residency at the University of Hawaii and a Spine fellowship at Louisiana State University. He then returned to the University of Hawaii as an assistant Professor of surgery. He has been in private practice in Hawaii for the past 10 years specializing in complex surgery of the spine.
